The School of Nursing at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) seeks applications for a full-time, tenure-track, Assistant Professor.

Candidates must be nurse scientists who demonstrate exceptional promise as a principal investigator. Candidates must meet the academic and scholarly credentials to qualify for a tenure-track appointment at UCLA at the Assistant Professor rank, earned PhD in nursing science, a defined program of research, evidence of teaching and service experience, and clinical relevance in the area of adult health, women health, mental health, maternal child health, or acute care is preferred. Rank and salary will be commensurate with background and experience.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure (or eligible for licensure) in California as a registered nurse
  • Evidence of an established independent research program or ability to develop anindependent research program congruent with the mission of the School.
  • Excellent oral and written communications
  • Evidence of teaching and service experience
  • Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.

The School of Nursing at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) seeks applicants for a full-time Adjunct Faculty position for serving as Assistant Program Director in collaboration with the Program Director for the prelicensure and Master’s Entry Clinical Nurse programs as well as primarily teaching in the BS and MECN programs. Qualified applicants have a Doctorate (PhD or DNP) in nursing or near the completion of a doctoral degree in nursing from an accredited program; have experience of teaching in higher education with current clinical expertise; and show evidence or potential of scholarly work and professional service.

Applicants must meet the academic and scholarly credentials for the Adjunct faculty series. Rank and salary will be commensurate with background and experience.
