Nursing's Sungwon Park receives COHN-S certification
UCLA Joe C. Wen School of Nursing Assistant Professor, and faculty from the Occupational and Environmental Health Nursing program at UCLA/UCI Southern California Education Research Center, Sungwon Park, PhD, RN, has earned board certification as a Certified Occupational Health Nurse-Specialist (COHN‑S), a nationally recognized credential awarded by the American Board for Occupational Health Nurses (ABOHN).
The COHN‑S certification represents the highest standard of excellence in occupational health and safety nursing. Awarded by ABOHN, the only certifying body for occupational health nurses in the United States, the credential signifies advanced expertise, clinical competency, and specialized knowledge in promoting and protecting the health of workers.
