The Early Career Researcher Editorial Board is a Wiley initiative designed to integrate rising scholars into the governance of scholarly publishing. The boards aim to maximize inclusion of early-career researchers by involving them in editorial decision-making, journal strategy, and content innovation.
As members of the ECR board, Drs. Tolentino and Park will review and shape manuscripts, collaborate on special issues, and contribute to editorial strategies that enhance the journal’s reach and relevance. They will also engage in mentorship opportunities and participate in board meetings to help set goals and deliverables. They join 13 other board members representing seven countries from around the world, including the U.S., UK, Thailand, Australia, and more.
