Virgin Watters, PhD(c), holds a MSN in Nursing Administration with a minor in Occupational/Environmental Health and BSN from the UCLA School of Nursing. Currently employed as a Public Health Nurse Supervisor with Los Angeles County in Children's Medical Services. She also holds a Health Services Credential and has experience in School Health Nursing.
