Soo Yeon Kim, BSN, MS, AGACNP-BC, RN, is a PhD student with previous clinical experience in intensive care unit and emergency department. Her clinical experiences across acute and critical care settings have inspired her commitment to improving the quality and safety of patient care.
Research Interests:
Her research interests include patient safety and the delivery of high-quality care for older adults. She is particularly interested in examining how healthcare systems, interdisciplinary collaboration, and care processes influence patient outcomes, with the goal of developing evidence-based strategies to improve care across diverse clinical settings. Through her doctoral training, Soo Yeon hopes to bridge clinical practice and research to advance safe, patient-centered care.
