An Omani nurse, educator, and researcher, Samah Al Sarmi has extensive experience in oncology, cancer pain management, palliative care, and end-of-life care. She holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Oncology from the United Kingdom. Currently, she is pursuing a PhD in Oncology Nursing at UCLA, with a research interest in cancer survivorship, chronic pain, quality of life, and palliative care.She is particularly passionate about improving patient care through evidence-based practice, education, and research.
After her PhD, her goal is to support the Omani future nurses and contribute to the development of oncology and palliative nursing care in Oman and internationally.
