Paolo has gained extensive experience in various healthcare settings, including clinical education, emergency departments, behavioral health units, adult and teen psychiatry units, and vaccination clinics.
Paolo is particularly interested in researching ways to improve the health outcomes of the Filipino community regarding diabetes mellitus type 2. He believes that understanding the cultural factors that affect our health is crucial to providing a holistic plan of care for patients. His commitment to cultural sensitivity and patient-centered care has earned him recognition as a leader in the nursing profession.
As an aspiring clinical researcher, Paolo's goal is to deliver a holistic, patient-centered approach to the healthcare team and to research ways to make acute healthcare more accessible to vulnerable populations. He hopes to work together with everyone and be a resource for anyone interested in this line of work. With his dedication, passion, and expertise, Paolo is sure to make a significant impact on the nursing profession and the healthcare industry as a whole.
In addition to his professional achievements, Paolo also enjoys a variety of hobbies and interests. He recently learned how to do archery and is a big Disney, Anime, and Harry Potter fan. His guilty pleasure is currently playing Genshin Impact and Honkai Star Rail.
