About
Currently, I practice as a registered nurse in the neonatal ICU. I am passionate about my patient population and their families, which is why I am pursuing a PhD in nursing. Maternal and neonatal health are both vulnerable to the effects of racial disparities, healthcare access, mental health and more. My goal is to improve outcomes for our tiniest patients and their families through innovative and inclusive nursing science.
