Manpreet Sidhu

UCLA Joe C. Wen School of Nursing lecturer Manpreet Sidhu, DNP, ACNP-BC, ENP, FNP(c), has been appointed to serve as the Educational Affairs Co-Chair on the Board of Directors for the California Association for Nurse Practitioners (CANP). 

CANP is a leading voice for the more than 40,000 nurse practitioners across California, championing legislative advocacy, professional development, and access to high-quality healthcare.

In her role, Dr. Sidhu will help guide educational initiatives that support both current and future nurse practitioners, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet the evolving needs of California’s diverse communities.

“I am honored to contribute to CANP’s mission, represent the UCLA Joe C. Wen School of Nursing, and support the next generation of NPs across California,” said Dr. Sidhu. “This opportunity allows me to help shape the future of our profession and advocate for the critical role nurse practitioners play in delivering compassionate, high-quality care.”
