Our Aim:
To realize this vision and mission through R&D intervention, innovation, policy analysis, research training, and workforce development including a high fidelity simulation program to accelerate translation of academic preparation to improve clinician performance.
PSI Organizational Competencies:
1. Partnering with the Health System leaders to conduct collaborative initiatives to improve safety in the hospital system.
2. Creating and supporting innovative pilot grant programs to improve safety in the Health System and beyond.
3. Processing, analyzing and reporting internal and external data to identify gaps and continuously improve safety performance.
4. Training future leaders in safety research.
