Application Procedure for International Students
Application Procedure
Students are admitted for the Fall Quarter only. Two separate applications are required:
- UC Application - Freshman and transfer applicants must complete the UC Application online by November 30th (not required for current UCLA students requesting a change of major).
- School of Nursing Supplemental Application - All applicants must submit the appropriate UCLA School of Nursing Supplemental Application with a postmark on January 17th, or before. The instructions, application and recommendation forms are provided below. (Left and right margins are set at 0.8 on application forms and 0.4 on recommendation forms).
All applications are in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF).
First Year Admission
