Applications Procedure
Nursing Administration and Nurse Practitioner students are admitted for the fall quarter. The application, supporting documents, and $50.00 application fee are submitted directly to the UCLA School of Nursing. The application must be filed by December 1st (Postmarked). Print the Post Master's Applications and three Personal recommendation forms available at this website, see below.
